Water Quality

Maintaining good water quality is integral to both Aquaculture and Hydroponics.

Unfortunately at the time of writing this I had already given up Hydroponics due to a spate of fungal infection and I had connected what was once originally my hydroponics only set-up with my aquaculture set up.

Since now the combined set-up was much larger, monitoring water quality was highly important to ensure both the fish and plants thrived.

I got a Pen Tester which measures a whole host of things but I do realize that since this is not really professional equipment, probably the most important measurements are the pH and EC.
